Why does that image make me think Shadowrun???   I bet the artist did work for SR and its a similar style...

Close.  That's the cover for the new World of Darkness' Armory Reloaded.  Interesting book, if a bit inconsistently inaccurate throughout, particularly when labeling its own pictures.  It does have a cool picture of a soldier chick with an OICW fighting off zombies, though.
