Using Melee Feats with Unarmed Attacks.

I am building a Martial Artist and have noticed that some of my most beloved feats are in the Melee Feat Section, namely All-Out-Attack (Power Attack) and Cleave. I was wondering if I can use these feats, as well as other melee feats and Melee Tricks from practice makes perfect, can be used with unarmed attacks so long as they don't specifically mention a weapon type (whip, knife, etc.). Does anyone know if the rules allow this or not? The feats I am mentioning do not a "trick" associated with them so this wouldn't be covered under the master's touch class ability.

I know that I can talk with my GM about specific feats and create unarmed versions, but I would rather know of sure if they are available anyway.

You can't use melee feats with unarmed attacks (which is why they are very deliberately split in Spycraft). However, as a Martial Artist, you gain access to Master's Touch, which allows you to use melee tricks with unarmed attacks and vice versa, starting at level 10.
