Ahh, yes. I'd forgotten. Good call on that one.

Wookie.

That's a damn fine Wookie, Mr. A. Someday, I need to get back to AGF,FA and try to retcon it for OotS compatibility.

That is a surprisingly elegant way of folding that in.

Empire Strikes Back - in the bit where the Empire are torturing the characters on Bespin, a point is made (at least in the novelisation) that Wookiees have extremely sensitive (but not necessarily acute) hearing, and that the constant bombardment of noise that Chewbacca is being subjected to wouldn't affect a human in the same way.

Fortunately as a Scout he has a rather butch Fort save.

The siren incident during....ep. 5? Wooks don't like loud screeching to the point of pain and disfunction.

Edited the feat to make it clear when the sub-plot kicks in, an added that it costs no AD to activate.

Which would explain why Chewie found Luke annoying in the first movie.

I actually have been trying to put together a Origin of the Species: A New Hope to post up here soon. Nothing quite as extensive, certainly, (I doubt I'll be able to put together a Legendary Wookiee, as awesome as that would be) but I'd love to hear what people would have to say about my Jawa, Rodian, Tusken Raider, and Wookiee. If there's anything anyone thinks would be a better candidate from the first movie, I can always shift my attention there.

Like the feat Mister Andersen, that's nice. However, I was wondering where the idea for achilles heel (bang) came from?

I believe that came from the scene in Empire Strikes Back where Chewie gets sound blasted.

I'm just trying to figure out how to handle the Wookie Rage that they get in the Star Wars RPG

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.

That's what the feral NPC quality is all about.
