If they put other heroes from DC into the Batverse with Nolan directing, I hope it is not Superman. If they are smart about it, then they would do Wonder Woman or someone equally normal in appearance or structure (leaving Supes out)

Personally, leave all other Supers out.  Batman isn't even a super hero... he's more like.. a really smart guy who is REALLY pissed off.  Superman is a chump.. I can Fly!  Woohoo!  LOL

Oh, c'mon!  I know you've seen this.  You know.. Ripley, who died, is now cloned by her fingernail clipping, and is thus able to make out with Aliens, bleed some form of Hot Sauce and save Earth from a ship that is hurtling towards earth threatening to turn mankind into beer battered crunchy snacks for the Alien.  That help?  Or.. you know.. the part where they gave the Alien both boy and girl parts, but then digitally air brushed them out post-production?  Well, that Air brush master?  He made Cat Woman!  And, I mean, c'mon, if you can air-brush girl and boy parts off an alien, you can make Cat Woman!

I gotta admit, that sounds pretty bad. Was that a film school script or something? We all know how these things get started...

Actually, the funny thing is... I think the guy who's french name wasn't french enough had a french child who was in the 3rd Grade in Canada.  While in Canada, he wrote the movie.

I think that if they introduce the Justice League, then they kind of have to move away from individual Batman movies.  Its not that Batman doesn't fit into the DC Universe, its that when he does, he takes on a certain role, that of the strategist and brainstormer, instead of being the same direct action guy he is on his own.

Then again, I've thought for years that the comics need to be restructured, and that when a character is on a team book he needs to not be in an individual comic, but that goes to my whole unified theory of "all books should be limited series" instead of monthlies, and that's way off topic here.

That could totally work... or even a Batman/Flash, since Flash has had his dealings with organized crime.

I was looking at it from the aspect of these are normal guys with toys who don't actually have super powers but I guess Flash could work.

Green Arrow works because he doesn't violate the realism Nolan's built, and because despite being a billionaire in a mask with tons of training and gadgets and a young sidekick, their initial motivations and natures are very different.

Very different ..

I think doing Catwoman would certainly work as someone caught in the middle between Batman and the Riddler. As for Nygma, I would love to see him as a profiler going after himself.

Just remember how Batman is viewed now as of the end of the film....

Riddler could be good, in a noir horror sorta way.  Leaves clues to people he's about to kill before he kills them... and.. just re-work the costume.   Maybe he's tattooed with ?'s everywhere... and only has one eye.  LOL.  As for Catwoman, I dunno.. after the "Catwoman" movie.. I shudder at the reference...

Did you notice the shape of brand/tattoo on the neck of the prisoner who wanted the detonator?

Personally I don't think Eddie should be a killer -- it's just far too easy a route to take. Sure, let his riddles and puzzles and conundrums endanger people, but the Riddler has always been about challenging Batman's intellect, about proving who's smarter. Of all the Bat's rogues gallery (ignoring Selina on again/off again membership), the Riddler is the only one capable of being a moral being.

That would be an interesting twist.  I can see him either working with, or being aware of the activities, of another villain, so he leaves these obscure clues to get the investigators to look in the right place, if they can interpret it correctly.

Just prior to this latest clusterfuck of DC Events, Eddie was actually working as a legitimate detective. And someone who might be Eddie is massively fangirling Batman in Trinity
