I've been running a Fading Suns Campaign and a Fantasy campaign both converted to Spycraft rule.

I ran Twilight:2000 using the old 1.0 rules, but I moved away and the campaign went away, too.  Someday I'll re-up it for 2nd ed.

It was really nice using the Spycraft rules.  The stock T2K ruleset is really wonky, and seems built to hose the characters bad--it's bleak.

Except in firefights. Did you ever count how many 9mm. shots to the head it takes to kill a PC? In one game a PC was shot 16 times, and still got up, and grabbed the objective. It made me pine for The Morrow Project.

The Auld Grump, all sort o' ways to die in Morrow Project....

Come to think of it, that's true.  The damage system was way off.

I love taking all the gonzo insanity from Over the Edge and making it all crunchy with SpyCraft.

Heh... there you go.
I always though Al Amarja was pretty cool (if unlikely), but the OTE system left me with a bad taste in my mouth for the rules-vacuous nature of the thing. Bleh.

Good heavens, that setting's awesome. I can't wait for 10KB so's the Island can be done up right.

Heh, I forgot one that I have already partially statted up - Expedition to Ravenloft. I changed the time period to WWII, with the PCs dropped behind enemy lines to discover what the German Occult Bureau has uncovered in newly annexed Barovia - only to find Reich Colonel Strahd vonZarovich... conversion has proved surprisingly easy.

The Auld Grump, a wee bit of WWII pulp there...

The Keep was cool.

Later on, it made me pick up a copy of Weird War II RPG.

As for additional settings, I would like to tackle something like Night Watch. I just got finish reading the first book (which was very good by the way, and the first fiction book I read in over a year), and I'm already into Day Watch. I like the stuff set up for "The Gloom" and "The Twilight", witches, warlocks, vampires, werewolves, the use of magic in a modern setting.

It kind of reminds me of the old White Wolf Mage campaign settings, but with just two factions (Light and Dark) battling it out and a third called the Inquisition ("There is no Spanish Inquisition!").

Actually, it's more like a complicated chess game. (Hmmm, imagine that. A Russian novel that plays out like a chess match.)

Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition! Our chief weapon is surprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise.... Our two weapons are fear and surprise...and ruthless efficiency.... Our *three* weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency...and an almost fanatical devotion to the Pope.... Our *four*...no... *Amongst* our weapons.... Amongst our weaponry...are such elements as fear, surprise.... I'll come in again.

That rocks. I'm actually prepping a WWII pulp game for the Crafty partners and a couple friends. It's using a heavily modified version of Adventure! with the timeline pushed forward 20 years, a while after the optimistic sheen of the Roaring Twenties has worn thin - thin enough for a certain familiar Mythos to take root and weave its tendrils into the war...

I will admit that The Keep (the book - I have not seen the movie) was one of the inspirations, as was Barbara Hambly's Sun Cross series. (A wizard in a world where magic is dying makes contact with a world where magic is all but dead, where only one nation is still willing to explore the possibility of magic. That nation is Nazi Germany....)

Video Game conversions for the win ^.^
Before it was aborted, I had begun mentally creating a conversion of the Shadow Hearts world to 2.0, then there is the Xenosaga world, which once Farthest Star comes out, will be nearly 100% doable, minus the giant robot part...My group at one point was pondering a Resident Evil game for the halloween and new years holidays, and I was thinking that a Metriod Hunters game would work pretty well, morphball antics aside.

I have also been fiddling with a Matrix like conversion, based on what i can remember of the Matrix online game.

I have also pondered doing an Iron Kingdoms game using 2.0 classes and such, with a modified gear system.

To me... The Matrix just screams "Spycraft."

"I need guns. Lots of them."

"Can you fly that?"
"Not yet."
