While you guys wait with bated breath for the next stories, I've found something worth playing around with - a hero picture generator in the DCAU style. It's free, but in Portugese...not that difficult to figure out. Anyway, I give out the challenge to all readers: build your (own or favorite) Ultimates character with this! To start you off, here's a quick idea of Rowena:

Not perfect, admittedly, but I'm still experimenting. So, let's see you guys try...

Yeah, I just found that last night. It's utterly brilliant.

Koschei:

I edited the result in Photoshop to move the gun to the left hand, engrave the blade, return the end of th etie and improve the feet. Sadly the program doesn't seem to do lace-ups for the ladies unlike Heromachine. The red is meant to be something like the stripe down Han's pants in the Star Wars films

Here's my preliminary take on Mark:

It's difficult to get that "old but still kicking ass" look right, and of course the firearms selection in the program is gravely limited...so here's a glance at Mark with a sword. I believe I mentioned the limitations of a monochromatic sense of fashion, so I had to tease out glimpses of color where I could - belt buckle and shades. I hope that doesn't make it toooooo visually boring.

I get it.
Mark as portrayed by Bruce Campbell!

I find it interesting/amusing tha Mark has a scholar's sword rather than something along the longsword/claymore line.

Actually, when I looked at that picture again, I thought "Nearly solid shades, white stick-thing...crap, Mark's blind!"

You should try using the Super template - Mark's always struck me as te square jawed looming type

I'll try. I have to admit I was saving it for John Done, but let's see how it works out.

Hmmm. I'm honestly not sure. Mark's in that weird place where he's a little bit too bulky but clearly not as pumped-up as Done. I need a "Schizophrenic Build" option!

Same actually. I was going to attempt Valentina but I'd need a femme version of the Hulking template -something in She-Hulk would be optimal.

I was noticing that sad deficiency myself
