I got a level 19 on silverlode, but i don't know anyone. I wouldn't know how to start a kinship.

Kinships are easy enough to make, but you need 6 (or maybe 5, can't remember...) people to make one.

Edit: If there's enough interest, I would't mind rolling a new char on the relevant server and join in on the crafty kinship. Can't guarantee I'll be on much, though...

I'd be interested.  Currently have a character on dwarrowdelf.   And I'm not sure how much I'd be on either.

So let's pick a server and put together a balanced group...

Would it be wise to finish the newbie village first and meet up in Bree?

What time zones are you in? GMT here.

Also, as a total noob i'm happy with any race or class, although I have extensive experience with City of X, World of Running *cough* I mean Warcraft, Matrix Online, Guildwars and a few others. I'm guessing we need a tank (or two), DPS (or two), healer, buffer and/or debuffer.

GMT +1 here.

I've mainly played a Guardian since release. A little experience with all the other classes (around level 20), but Guardian's the one I found most interesting.

i could be interested in this as well. i'm open to any class that might be needed. seeing as i have a week to week fluctuating work schedule i'm not positive on my availability, and when i have them off wednesday and thursday nights are date nights with the g/f playing DDO or left for dead so those days would be spoken for, otherwise i might be sleeping on the couch.  Grin

i'm EST in the US which i think is GMT -4 if i remember right.

OK, so:

Antilles: Guardian (tank)

Now we need a Captain or Minstrel to heal, a Hunter or Loremaster for Ranged DPS and a Champ for Melee DPS.

I'm seeing this as an absolute minimum. Is Burglar worth a look? I'll play anything but Minstrel. I fucking hate Bards.

Which server, I think I already have a hunter.  Need to double check.

Honestly? Whatever you want, mate. Aside from a couple of end-game instances and such, LotRO is not a difficult game.

Right, Dwarrowdelf guardian created, with the fetching name of Hausbrand.
