Good idea. If we had someone skilled at comedy and animated gifs, we could put together something on this website www.ytmnd.com and have people chip in a buck or two to sponsor the site and get it front page notoriety.

I was thinking of taking a James Bond scene where he either makes an error (Bond often screws up in films and recovers by virtue of wit and really good luck) and nearly gets killed.  Have the scene play, then interrupt with a voice over. "Ok, I'm going to do XXXXX"  "Ok roll dexterity"  *Cut to short of a d20 landing on a 1*  "Critical failure" *Cut to bond blundering*

If anyone is good at editing or looking for things to edit, you could edit something where bond really screws up and gets himself killed. I was thinking of the scene in Goldeneye where he knocks the guy off the ladder.   "Ok, I slide down the ladder and try to knock him off."  "Ok roll a skill check" *1*  *Cut to shot of bind sliding down the ladder and then splice in footage of man falling to his death on the radar dish.

Here's some inspiration

Voice1: "Ok,  I'm going to reach over and grab it."
Voice2: "A dove comes out from the side of the mountain startling Bond, roll a climb check*
Voice1: *rolls* "Ahh a 1!"
show Spycraft and some funny slogan at the end.
