Gentry, I'm thinking the "Next Step" might end up being either
1) Web-enabling this thing or
2) Setting the whole thing in Excel, performing some formatting-fu.

Alternatively, we can redesign the exel sheet to make it less difficult to use inserted dynamically into the Word sheet
or, the path of least resistance, accept that we're going to have to copy-paste as media object by hand, making it a non-dynamic sheet.

As my formatting-fu is weak to the point of gimpy, I leave those decisions in the hands of my obvious betters.  Smiley

That said, whatever choice gets made with it, it ought to be as end-user friendly as possible.  Iconic characters can get put into the template, but other game groups may decide it's a cool template and want to use it.  For those who would consider such a thing a nifty resource, it ought to be useable with a minimum of fuss.
