Two which cause me to switch channels:
- Eminem (feat. Rihanna) Love the Way You Lie
- B.o.B (feat. Haley Williams) Airplanes

They're getting way too much airtime.

"Want" variations off Recoil's "Selected" disc, featuring the life-alteringly awesome Nicole Blackman...

"I want to write my secret across your sky"

"I want to keep you alive so there's always the possibility of murder... later."

Four tracks, a video, and a photographic booklet - available for free right now (well, for the cost of an email address)

Enjoy.

The Prodigy - Climbatize

A purely instrumental piece, I've always considered this my favourite track by the band, but ever since coming across it in the first episode of Harsh Realm when I started rewatch that series a while back, I keep finding an excuse to listen to it

Fourth Level Fighter

Saw this one advertised on "Weird Pete's Bulletin Board" in Knights of the Dinner Table. It's held up well under repeated listening.

Let me add that I like the new Sonic Legends tracks. They've held my interest more than the other Crafty-themed music that has been released.

For some reason I've been jonesing for "Kick Out The Jams".

I went searching for it tonight.

What do I find?

Ladies and gentlemen, Jeff Buckley performing "Kick Out The Jams".

Of course it sounds just like "Kick Out The Jams."  What did you expect?  If it didn't, then it wouldn't be &^%$#@!%^@#ing "Kick Out The Jams", now would it?

Informatik - My True Love (Bordering on NSFW due to some shmuck using a semi-nude chick for the video background).

The ex got married. It wasn't exactly unexpected, but I'm still about as close to coming completely unglued as I ever hope to be.

The more that I see you
The more that I need you
This feeling just won't go away

I can't live without you
I won't ever doubt you
I'm begging you - don't go away

In fact, the following song in the same album (Beyond), Louder than words, is probably even more poignant.

I picked up the soundtrack for the 2009 Doctor Who Specials. They moved away from the format of the previous two years and released a two disc set with ALL of the music from the five special episodes. The first three on are on the first disc, with the second devoted to the End of Time two-parter. They've even included music used during before, during, and after the Doctor's regeneration into Matt Smith, ending the soundtrack on a real high note.

Oh, so we're onto music now? Right! Try these:

Pantera - I'm Broken
The Gits - Second Skin
Sepultua - Ratamahatta (one of my favourites)
Zebrahead - Anthem (my monday morning song)
Rob Zombie - Living Dead Girl
Porcelain and the Tramps - The Preyingmantis (unsigned, brilliant)

Ok, so I have pretty well-defined musical tastes... just, see what you think.

I have 4 of those on the MP3 player I wear to the gym, among others by the same artists.  I really can't understand how anyone can choose to work out to britney spears instead of some proper music.

Fallout: New Vegas  has me listening to Dead Cowboy Songs.

Some Are Shorter Than Others

But They All End the Same Way.

The Auld Grump, Lay me down by the river,
facing the hot desert sun.
The winds will scatter my ashes
after the coyotes are done....

Excited for Tron: Legacy? Love Daft Punk?

You'll want to go here. It's fine. I'll wait.

...

That's some sweetness, no?

(The correct answer is YES.)

Sorry for the repeat post but... DAMN. No really, DAMN.

I picked up the soundtrack to the 2010 season of Doctor Who. Like the Specials Soundtrack it is a two-disc set featuring most of the music from the series. I've had it on Repeat All for a couple of days now and I'm not getting tired of it in the slightest.
