I was looking at some of the new options from World on Fire and wanted to make sure that I was breaking them down correctly. The one I'm most curious about is "enemy hesitation" and whether or not that's a 4 or 4.5 point bonus.

The Talents tied to an attribute I think I might have. I'll use Hardy as an example since it's available in the WoF preview, I won't feel weird about posting a Talent's bonuses.

Hardy

(.5) +2 Con, -2 to other highest.
(3) Constitution bonus.
(2) Skill rank bonuses.
(1) Reduced attribute damage.

I was kinda curious as to whether or not the attribute bonus or the skill rank bonuses got their points reduced by being so specific to the attribute that the Talent's tied to, but I thought it was safe to cost things out this way.

The only thing in the Specialties that threw me for a little loop was "Faction charm" and whether or not the restriction of the NPC needing to share your Allegiance knocked that to a .5 point benefit or if it stays at 1 point.

Breaking these down also made me look at some of the costing for Light of Olympus that had me stumped. If I still can't figure those out, maybe I'll ask about them next.

Most of the stuff in Light of Olympus the crew have been secretive about. I don't think they've made any of the costings known and it's hard to work it out as they've got so many unusual abilities.
