Why are commercial grade still cameras Cal III? Seems somewhat high to me as that puts it on level with grenades and most assault rifles. Further the professional grade is Cal V which puts it at level with oh lets say a supercomputer or diesel attack submarine. Based on the notion that caliber is sort of related to relative function what gives?
It's not.. I don't think that there's an adequate side-by-side comparison of the various tables. The Caliber is strictly based upon that specific gear category.
That said... getting your hands on a camera that the folks at National Geographic use (Cal V) would be about the same for a Snoop (at level 18) as a hacker to get his hands on a supercomputer... which he can't unless he takes the appropriate feats, etc.
