She snatches up a nearby pebble, and then with all her might she pelts it at the giant, raising a painful welt on the side of his head. When he turns to look at her, without missing a beat she points at the champion and says, with a totally straight face, "He did it!"

Elsie looks at the cave entrance, obviously not impressed. Tex starts barking at the cave, his little voice echoing back at him. "What is it, boy?" Elsie crouches down by Tex. He looks agitated. Well, more agitated than usual...

Elsie nods. "Yeah, the scribes are back at the Empire State Building. Now, where are those kids?"

Bella says "Oy! Bilbo's party was nice!" through a mouthful of pie. She seems to be set on throwing as much of the uneaten food as possible into her bag before she leaves, pausing only to take a bite of a chicken leg or to drink a mouthful of mead.

Elsie groans. "That's enough Alice. He gets the point. Now, where are the children?"

Elsie's face contorts in confusion, and then anger. "Wait a god-damn minute! Who the fuck do you think you're talking to?!" She starts poking Deakins in the chest. "This 'freak' is from the same gene-pool as me, you fucking fascist! He's saved my life more times than I care to remember and grew up around technology that you can only dream of! If anything it's a miracle you even know how to wipe your own ass - how dare you speak to him like that!" Tex starts circling Deakins, growling quietly. The image would be comical if you didn't know what the little monster was capable of...
