The Mission question I'm not sure on, but I imagine it'd be pretty much the same structure, though FantasyCraft will use a Cash and Carry gear system making "missions" slightly less important except for "N times per mission" class abilities and feats.
Answered elsewhere on this forum, the default is to use the scaleable NPC system; so as the PCs get tougher, so does the dragon. Of course, if you want to set it at a specific threat level feel free.

Fragile Minds is a PDF release available at Drive Thru RPG. Just search for "Spycraft" and you'll find all the PDFs so far...
And if you want to give Soldiers a good Fort save be sure to lower something else... as is they're already stretched pretty thin as far as wanting to be good at everything. Maybe switch their Fort and Will saves if you're unhappy with them?

First, I ask them how old they are, if I think they're old enough to know the answer, I'll tell em. If they're too young I'll tell them to ask their parents. It's worked out pretty well so far.

Auld, it was a joke. I don't honestly believe that since the Mayan calandar is ending the world will too. Though a couple friends of mine decided that if they're still going out they're getting married the day the world's supposed to end, just for kicks.

Little Tin Soldiers A number of times per mission equal to your starting action dice, you may request the aid of one squadron of Tier III NPC Mercenaries. They carry there own equipement and stay until the end of the scene or they fail a Resolve/Morale check.

Have you been naughty? Each time an enemy who has performed an action in the current scene that would cause Exposure penalties (even if they did not lose Reputation/Net Worth as a result) performs an action targeting you or your teamates, the error range of any attack or skill check used in that action increases by 2.
Have you been nice? Whenever you complete a mission, you and each of your teammates who did not suffer Exposure penalties gain 2 Reputation/ $10,000 Net Worth.

And I feel fine... I have a friend that can sing that whole song at speed without missing a word. Of course, being on key is slightly harder for him, but it's still fairly impressive. Everyone knows that the End of the World won't happen till 2012 anyway, so what's the hubub?

I don't believe the Unas ever had LLV. And personally I don't see much use for Phase Sense because the Reetoo only showed up in one episode... of course, you could throw it in with Naquadah Sense in a generalized Goa'uld increased sensory package....

Not having the text of the feat in front of me, based on Morg's description I'd say you use it to let one character go in order to defeat several characters later. Not too sure on the specifics though...
