You slip upstairs, it looks like the stairs did once continue to the roof, but at some point it's been sealed off. The floor you can reach has 2 doorways leading off, one helpfully labelled "office" the other "Private: Keep Out!".
You rifle the wizards pockets finding a dagger tucked into his robes, a clay vial with the heart symbol universally understood to represent healing embossed onto the surface, a pouch of spellcasting components and a slender case of the type used to store scrolls. A quick look at the table he was evidently studying at shows a book on Golems and a various papers of handwritten notes which appear to be relating to your bronze companion.

By the time you're done you're fairly certain he's dead, he's certainly not breathing and his heart has stopped anyway. In the meantime, Drin (& Otto)? slip out in Janus' footsteps to see if she needs any backup Rampart, Lars and Aiden have no notable stealth skills, so I'm assuming you're staying in the keep for now? Should have mentioned this before, but the central staircase does continue up as well, from your approach from outside, you believe there's another floor (& then probably access to the roof)

Hmmm, Killishandra acts before Signey, so I'd like to know whether she's dragging me away or not? I'll probably try and move closed to Dolmen, if I don't get chance to post anything before we tick along To help me keep track if nothing else
24 ClockworkSprites (npc) 20 Hadingur (Leodem666) 18 Killishandra (Mister Anderson) 17 Brand (glimmerrat) 15 Signey (spinningdice) 8 Dolmen (Dirigible) 8 Sea Devil (npc) 7 Yurim (Iferon)

Janus!Servant Ducking around the corner and listening intently you hear Richter muttering something, but can't quite make out the words. you do hear the clinking of cutlery as he begins his meal. After a moment, you hear sounds of choking and a thud as Richter dropped to the floor. Do you head back in?

Sorry my net access has been sparse and largely phone-bound, my PC was having issues and I've wiped and reloaded.
The armory has 6 full guard outfits (chain shirt, light fittings, shortsword, shield, dagger, tabard, Longbow, many boxes of arrows) all nicely embossed with the Branderscar coat of arms. It also has a crate of miscellaneous weapons, nothing fancy, but unless you want something really unusual/expensive it's in there (i.e. its an excuse to let you gain any favored weapons early), at a guess you'd imaging it's weapons taken from prisoners. So yes, you can find Stiletto, Razor & Main-Gauche in there. there will also be a mace, for Lars' ritual weapon
Antilles: As to classes, I do kind of think the Crusader fits your back-story better, but it's entirely up to you.

Not that I want to sway you either way, but for reference, I'm running that most standard npcs don't have an alignment, but most specials do - obviously these are generalisations (assault a church and damn near everyone's going to be aligned).
It kinda matters for the Crusader s'all.
Grumblejack will follow you until you leave the prison at least, and obviously if he's not your PL he's a GC npc and will act accordingly.

Any fears Janus may have had about being discovered are unfounded as the aging wizard barely glances at her. He makes no move to touch the food and drink. Paddyfool: It's basically Partial Chain (so -0), some have worn it with light fittings, but things seem to have gotten lax and some haven't bothered Anderson: Are you actually returning the kitchen or are you waiting to see if the poison has any effects?
