Per the RAW, it depends on your roll.
If you have Spellcasting DC of 13 and the target has a SD of 15.  You need to roll a 16 or higher to cast and hit the target.

Only one of those has been greenlit to pilot - and as a direct result of that pickup the rest are almost certain to be scrapped. It's how SyFy operates.

Which is too bad, that would give SyFy a nice wave of different SciFi shows.  I'm not interested in all of them, but I know others might be.

From what I have read about PS4, no.  They are making it easier for publishers to create games for the PS4, but in doing so, they are changing the architecture. In doing so they have to sacrifice backwards compatibility.  Basically, think Apple when they went from OS 9 to OS X.

I think I'm the only one hoping that man gets promoted.  I love Orthy.  Granted, he's a nightmare for PR, but hell it's fun to read.

Yeah, I generally would just space bar through the planet side quests pickups. 

But, this is the same problem that all MMOs have, and why I generally move on to something else.  I've never been into end game raiding.
