(My first attempt at full stating a Special NPC with special abilities and a special weapon.)
Mamoru "Juan" Quixote (Special NPC — 99 XP): Init VI; Atk VII; Def III; Resilience IV; v/wp: VI; Competence: V; Skills: Acrobatics V, Athletics IX, Drive III, Impress VIII, Streetwise IV; SZ M; Spd 30 ft; Wealth: VII; Weapon: Special*; Vehicle: 1 × Caliber I, 1 × Caliber III; Qualities: captivating, class ability (Futbol Star!* 1),class ability (GOOOAAAALLL!!!* 1), feat (Grenade Basics, Steel Rain), seductive.
*Futbol Star!: Quixote's "Special" Soccer Balls are always considered Hurled, and he is always proficient with a +1 Forte when using them. *GOOOAAALLLL!!!: Once per scene, Quixote may deploy and attack with Soccer Balls equal to half his Init count. Every attack is a cumulative -2 penalty to Init and -1 to attack. *Weapon: Quixote is always armed with at least 10 of his special Soccer Balls that he keeps in his pockets for emergencies. (About the size of a 3-Dimensional, spherical Quarter.)
Bio: The son of a Japanese Geisha and Spanish Naval Officer, the charming, almost irrestiable Soccer Superstar has turned his hot-footing talents to the world of Espionage and Intrigue. Rumored to be a Freelancer, Mamoru has no problem with whatever work needs to be done, as long as it looks cool, sounds sexy, and allows him to be around the ladies. Many speak of his awesome Soccer Balls, but their origin is still unknown.
Quotes (with heavy, over the top spanish accent): "Catch!" "Do YOU really think you can outrun my balls?" "I love playing with my balls in public for all the ladies to see!" "He shoots.. HE SCORES! Halooooo ladies! (Insert wave to onlookers)"
--------
Quixote's "Special" Soccer Balls Weapon Gadget Use: When undeployed, takes up the room of a large marble or quarter. When activated, the Gadget expands to the size of a regular Soccer Ball. Dmg: 3D10*. E/T: 1-5/20. Rng: (4 ft x STR). Sz/Hand: F/Foot. Weight: .5 lbs
*Selective Damage: NPC may choose for Fire, Flash & Bang, Smoke, Explosive or Subdual)

Well.. there was 2 reasons why I picked Barcelona.
1. I had nothing else planned for Spain. 2. I wanted to introduce my Don Cioxhote.. ...however you spell de la Mancha's last name.
And.. for being a long way away... 15h in-flight (if I remember right) for a military transport who refuels in-air.
(Japan is housing my Toy crazed mad man... I gotta keep them away from there for now. heh.)

Layout of the campaign is...
Alot of much to do is being made about an asteroid that is on a collision course with earth. Scientists keep telling the masses that it's not big enough to end life, however, it's going to do some damage to a city if it hits. Maybe even cause a moderate tidal wave if it hits the ocean. However, life is going on, as normal, more or less.
Players are in Barcelona for the World Cup. (Stolen idea #1.) Each one an independent agent for the agency. With 24 hours until impact, the scientists get a good look at asteroid which has now shed it's white, icy skin. It looks like a giant flying multi-faceted Ruby. At which point, the world gets a little out of control with people acting irrationally, particularly in major cities because it's nothing the world has ever seen. The meteor impacts the atmosphere, shatters into 100-ish smaller giant flying rubies.. and creates even more panic. Most impact the ocean, but others hit various parts of the world.
So happens, a U.N. ambassador has a daughter who is Sydney and would like to see her home as quickly as possible as he reads more reports of riots, people missing, etc... so the Agency, as a professional favor, ring the nearest agents to go pick her up and bring her home. (Closest agents are my players.)
My players will arrive in Sydney, in the midst of the chaos. It'll take them time to do some "skill work" to locate her. Once they have her.. I'm opening the game with a scene straight out of Cloverfield. (Thanks for the Force of Nature idea guys.) "Something" makes landfall and starts tearing Australia straight to hell. ...just so happens.. it lands in Sydney. My players will have 1 major objective and 4 secondary objectives.
1. Safely Escort the Ambassador's Daughter out of the country and back to HQ. a. Rescue / Escort 10 civilians to evac locations during the attack. b. Kill a "parasite" and extract it with them to HQ. c. Hold the Line! (During a dramatic scene, engage the monster for 10 rounds, allowing civilians to escape alive.) d. Capture digital footage of the creatures they're engaging for further study.
At which point, the mission will end as they leave Sydney (hopefully) in any variety of flying vehicles as they watch the creature retreat into the sea.. and leave them wondering WTF just happened.

Oh.. that's easy. The "World Series" only counts for players from other countries who play for us. Not this.. "Multi-national sports" crap. C'mon.. that's too logical! It's the Olympics thinking Bowling is a great idea.

Well.. you know.. the Korean hasn't exactly.. turned away from crime. More like, is simply paid by a gov't to commit the crimes against evil he would have done anyway. heh. Yeah.. the equipment lists makes my players drool.. and sometimes destroy whole scenes with explosives when they get carried away...

Well, Dramatic Chase (as cars normally are) are very 2D. And the idea of "crashes" are, for the most part, unheard of unless my pilot decides to crash the deck and have an aerial combat scene inside downtown London. (At which point, I WOULD be using chase rules.)
For example, High-G banking, Barrel Rolls, Hiding in cloud cover.. those three are just the first that come to mind that I'd struggle with to adapt to Chase Rules.

Right. The MI6 agent is the easy one. The Canadian Irish Ninja.. ...well.. I'll work with that one last. I swear she's just spiting me with that idea. LOL. I think I'm going to go with the catch-all "You're all hired" type as anything else might get too complicated and be too much work.
What's going to happen is.. They get their mission to retrieve the higher ups daughter. Mid way in, all hell breaks loose. Stuff starts raining down from the Sky, weird creatures appear.. etc. Then, they have to extract the the person while fighting off the chaos. From there, the campaign winds up.
(Side note: Is there in any pdf, book or other source rules for Airborne Dramatic scenes? I'd rather use an Airborne Dramatic Scene for dogfights than just doing attack rolls and manuever checks.)
