I have been studying Classic Spycraft and have a question:

the Traceless feat states (pg 86 SEH) that it reduces the ability to for an opponent to "notice your presence or passage"

I have taken this to mean the following skills:  Bluff (shadowing vs opponents sense motive), hide (vs opponents spot) and survival (opposed check)

Have I added or omitted any check / situation that this would be used in?  Thanks!

Our team consists of 3 players:  Buzz Buzworth (soldier), Juan Fontana (wheelman) and Shawn Kelvin (fixer).  They meet on the flight from Miami and are all staying at the Hotel de National right in the middle of where the race will be held. 

That evening the hotel concierge, Marie, knocks on their doors and offers to give them a tour of the hotel casino. Marie is amazingly beautiful and charismatic.  Juan foolishly tries an opposed charisma check and fails.  Primeval grunts and groans are all the team can enunciate as she gracefully guides them to the gaming tables.



While Shawn involves himself at the gaming tables (see 60's Hbk rules), Juan sees...is that Fangio's mechanic at the Bar!?!  Buzz for some reason is drawn outside where he hears the sounds of a distant protest...

My gaming group has been together for a couple of years.  None of us could stomach D&D 4.0 and so we went retro playing sandbox campaigns in AD&D 1.0, Labyrinth Lord, Mutant Futures and even Encounter Critical.  Then some months ago I proposed a Spycraft campaign:  Cold War where the communist dictators were the ultimate evil.  The group sounded enthused so I put together a CD with all my favorite spy music and distributed it to the group.  Our first mission is now complete and here is the story.

The first mission (Send lawyers, guns and money...the sh**t has hit the fan) begins in 1957 Cuba.

Our Agent team, all rich college students, consist of nothing more than a name, character class / concept and raw ability scores.   They arrive in Havana aboard a DeHavilland Comet on Friday, February 22 in order to attend the inaugural Gran Primio de Cuba hosted by the Batista dictatorship to boost tourism.

The Gran Primio, or Grand Prix was a race with the fastest and most beautiful cars the world had ever (and has ever) seen:  Ferarri, Maserati, Jaguar.  The racers were equally great:  Fangio, Moss, Phil Hill - the American racer from California and others.  All will play out on the Malecon Circuit on Sunday...but what trouble will the team get into before then?

Started a campaign recently.  Have sent a message to [Product Proposals / Fan Submissions] about the best place to post mission summaries where other fans of the game can read them.  Any suggestions?

Also it is a Cold War era serial WITH politics (socialist vs capitalist)!  Any common pitfalls to avoid?  Things to play up?
