It completely depends on the RPG. I'd never choose quick n dirty for a medfan game, but for an espionage game like Spycraft, definitely quick n dirty. Bond never spends more than a few minutes with Q.

And Bond just takes what Q gives him...

Aren't they already in the board game market?  Why not tabletop RPG?

I've used an unarmed Rune Knight after importing Brass Knuckles from Spycraft whole-cloth and had no balance problems.  The feats work fine as long as Brass Knuckles are a weapon.

Or how about gauntlets?

I've found Demonoid to be a safe place to get torrents.  A quick search found a nice healthy torrent under "Star Wars Despecialized Edition".  If you need an invite to Demonoid, let me know.

I think I remember seeing a teaser trailer for Iron Sky a couple of years ago.  Looked intriguing then and like a fun romp now.  Sort of like Mars Attacks.
