The Timeless Glory Code:
There is no danger, There is oppurtunity. There is no fear, There is hope. There is no pain, There is exultation. There is no defeat, There is victory. And even in death, We will live forever. We are Timeless Glory.

My (not played yet) DM brain says that's mostly fine, very 4E However Supremacy gets me twitching. No real reaosn just that 30/40/50/60 feet x3 (easily obtainable in FC) is a long way. I don't think it is in any way unbalanced, compared to the book supremacy feats. However it is an easy way to circumvent many problems. If, as a DM, you are happy with that... cool all good. I really don't like bypass problem powers.. thus my 3E campaigns were magic light and my 4E game is ritual starved!

Thanks, the FC layout leaves a bit to be desired. That stuff should be linked in one sidebar, listed in the large races description or at least in the glossary. I will just go and tag my PDF EDIT: and I never figured what +/- 1 scale actually meant , so extra thanks +100XP

Easy one: how do weapons/armour/etc scale for large PCs.. cost etc etc. I know it is in there but searching the book and scanning the PDF have just made me frustrated! Thanks

Well IMO, the answer would be 1H wep wielded 2H = +1AP only, not as good a +2 or +4 STR, but a small bonus. IRL weps in 2H or 2H weps only took over from sword and board with the proliferation of plate armour. So it makes sense that it is more effective against those heavily armoured targets. It is a small change (replace +4 STR with +1 AP) that is easy to remember.
However I know you are not going that way from your post but it makes sense to me.

Hey Pawsplay, welcome to the FC forums Yeah it is not 100% representative of a real late mediaeval/renaissance rapier. But nothing else is either. Crafty took a decision to make it reasonably realistic, makes sense, but is a neat different weapon to other blades, I reckon. It is not like 3E where is has little do differentiate it from other blades. I like it, it makes it an interesting weapon, but it certainly is one of those preference things... house rule away, my friend. The bits of FC weps that I do not like are the bits they didn't change from 3E, like falchions being 2H, WTF?
