It looks good. Though I agree, I'm not sure on a Con penalty. Maybe Wisdom?

Also someone remind me what the Path things did.... it's been awhile.

Fantasy Craft / Re: How would you create the Sylvari

You know I had honestly forgotten about the Rootwalkers. Though they are too big for Sylvari they do make a good starting point.

Plant based life forms have been a secret love of mine ever since I saw my first Neti in Star Wars. Since I've been playing Guild Wars 2 I'm curious how one would go about creating the Sylvari in a Fantasy Craft game?

As an update the setting got funded and almost hit all it's stretch goals.

I for one am crossing my fingers for an Engineer bonus school.

I'm so very happy that Fantasy Craft becomes a possibility :)

I always love learning new stuff about the business (as it were).

But onto Thunderscape, I have faith in the game so much that I'd play it under Pathfinder. But my true love for fantasy rpg will always be Fantasy Craft. So I hope they make the 12,000 reach goal and FC becomes a possibility.

Hmmmm you're correct. I blame lack of sleep and typing on a tablet for my lack of clarity. Still a conversion for Fantasy Craft would be awesome as I vastly prefer FC to Pathfinder. :-)

I hope this is ok. If you've played stuff by AEG then you're likely familiar with Shawn Carmen. Well he's got a new setting coming oy based on Thunderscape. If the kickstart reaches its stretch goal of 12,000 Fantasy Craft becomes a possibility for a rules adaption.

So let's get us a new powered by Fantasy Craft setting!

When I was playing Star Wars Saga Edition I actually became a fan of the talent tree system. In a d20 based game it allowed me to feel like I was able to better customize my character (something I feel is a problem in most d20 games). And it helped to add uniqueness to the same base class so that it was easier to make two people playing the same basic school different with out to much trouble.

Can someone list all the books that were released for the Shadowforce Archer line? I know I'm missing a few and I'm trying to check to see which ones I have and which ones I still need to find. Thanks :)

This seems to be the year of the Western in Hollywood. True Grit, now Rango and later Cowboys and Aliens. That's more old west style fun that I've seen in a long ol`time.

There's also a Film Noir festavile in LA ... was not aware of that.

Spycraft Third Edition / What kind of books would you like to see for 3.0?
« on: February 15, 2011, 08:40:03 PM »
I was thinking about what I'd like to see for 3.0. With it's more general espionage appeal I think I would love to see a return to the Agency and Mastermind books. Both of them were very helpful GM tools in building spy agencies for my games. I think a 3.0 update of those two books would be grand.

Any others?
