1b. Hero - Class
Base Classes
Burglar. In PW, the Burglar becomes a scavenger picking over the ruins of man. The ruins often hold dangers for the unwary and the Burglar is ready for these too. He's not so much interested in the identity of an ancient object as in its trade value.
Captain.
Keeper. The Keeper becomes a Tinkerer, trying to understand (and repair) the machines of the ancient world.
Lancer. Could be a member of the Nomadic Tribes roaming the Post-Apocalyptic plains and his trusty mutated steed.
Lawman. This type of character might be enforcer of the laws of an enclave or the Peacemaker of a wilderness settlement.
Martial Artist. Perhaps a wanderer of the wastelands, studying the ancient arts under one of the last remaing masters or maybe a champion of the arena.
Mage. (replaced by the psionics classes)
Priest. (replaced by the psionics classes)
Explorer. A Venturer into Forbidden Lands and Dead Cities.
Scout. In a world of contaminated food and water, the scout is an invaluable resourse. He can survive the challengers of the wilderness and perhaps guide others through safely.
Soldier. Warriors in the Plague World can be Mercenaries wandering the devastated world, bartering their skills or members of a Militia defending a settlement from hostile forces. They can also be revived members of the Pre-Apocalyse Military.
Expert Classes
Beastmaster. The Elinoi are at one with the forests and form many alliances with the creatures and other plants found there.
Commander.
